This section gives you important information regarding course completion, the final exam and receiving TCLEOSE credit.
1. You must click the link at the bottom of this page. This is so an email can be sent to the course instructor. The email will serve as your course registration form and indicates to the instructor that you are ready to take the final exam. The information you provide will ensure the Report of Training form is properly filled out and submitted to TCLEOSE. FAILURE TO FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS MAY RESULT IN NOT RECIEVING PROPER CREDIT OR DELAYING YOU GETTING CREDIT.
2. Copy (Ctrl C) and paste (Ctrl V) the following section into the email that opens when you click the link below.

Type: 1 - TX P.O. Lic, 3 - Licensed Telecom, 4 - Elected Not Lic, 5 - County Jailer, 6 - Other, No TX Lic.
Date of Birth: Self Explanatory
Gender: Self Explanatory
Citizen: Yes or No
Phone: TCLEOSE doesn’t need this but I do. I'll only use it if a problem pops up and I need to contact you quick.
